Little League Football Chad Makie -- Coordinator 2002 Schedule The Recreational Little League Football Program's purpose is to teach FUNdamentals and sportsmanship to the youth through practices and games. Little League Football is a full contact sport where the players are well protected by wearing all the appropriate equipment. Little League Football in Grundy Center has been in place for over twenty-five years. The program's success and longevity is due to the strong community support. The coaches, referees and other helpers are all volunteers. The youth who participate are in grades 4, 5 and 6. Football is a wonderful sport that teaches you a lot about life.
